We were pleased to work with this repeat client once again; this time the project was a renovation to an existing mid century modern ranch. We opened the space by tearing down several walls and removing the dropped ceiling. Steel tie rods were used to create a new cathedral ceiling. Skylights were added to provide a wash of natural light while a storefront window provides expansive views of the nearby forrest. A centralized open kitchen creates the perfect place for a restaurateur to entertain. Exterior renovations are next on the docket.
